The Sales Manager has to appoint a team of Field Sales Officers(FSO\'s). FSO\'s don\'t have to appear for the IRDA exam. FSO\'s will be on roll to the company. They will get fixed salary plus very lucrative incentives.
Sales Managers will get a flat 17% incentives on the total business done by his team of FSO\'s.
