Requisites: Candidate should have minimum 2-3 Years experience in any Retail Sector
(retail). Should possess excellent communication skills and strong marketing skills.
Job Description:
1. Setting up retail outlet
2. Must have product brand knowledge
3. Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
4. Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
5. Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
6. Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
7. Using information technology to record sales figures for data analysis and forward planning.
8. Dealing with staffing issues like interviewing, training and development etc.
9. Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety.
10. Responding to customer complaints and comments
11. Organizing special promotions, displays and events etc.
12. Touring the sales floor regularly
13. Initiating changes to improve the business.
